HIPER30: The Universal Solution for High-Performance Static Elimination.
Introducing the HIPER30 system, an intelligent, closed-loop static neutralization solution designed to boost efficiency and reliability across all applications.
Its automatic static elimination technology ensures optimal performance, providing superior results wherever static control is critical.
The HIPER30 system is a universal solution engineered to eliminate static electricity, enhancing efficiency and reliability across a wide range of industrial applications. Its most prominent feature is an automatic static elimination capability powered by a two-component, closed-loop control architecture. This intelligent system consists of the main Hiper30 Bar and a separate Hiper30 Sensor Bar.
Installed upstream from the main neutralization unit, the Sensor Bar continuously measures the polarity and magnitude of the static charge on your material. This real-time data allows the system to deliver precise, on-demand static neutralization, ensuring consistent and flawless performance. The HIPER30 offers exceptional versatility and ease of integration into any industrial environment, leveraging a standard 24V DC power input and providing essential PLC-compatible signals for seamless compatibility with modern control architectures.

Among the anti-static inhibitors, the most widely used product in the industry is static electricity receiver-static electricity anti-static bars, called anti-static bars.
It neutralizes the static electricity charge formed on the surface with the principle of flowing to the profile through millions of sharp points formed by carbon brushes and thus transmitting it to the ground.
With its new generation design, embedded microprocessor-controlled power unit and an impact distance of up to 700mm, the antistatic HPR series bar has been the choice of machine manufacturers in particular. It provides an easy ionization solution in high-speed processes, in applications where air is not desired, especially in lines that require food and hygiene, and in applications where long mounting distances are required.
It is a static electricity receiver inhibitor product especially developed for use in low weight processes, sensitive paper processes, genuine silk woven fabrics, and thin materials such as cigarette papers.
