The biggest advantage of the Smart Charger is that, thanks to its small dimensions and low weight, it can be mounted directly next to the high-voltage electrodes (Dami pins or bars), specifically on the End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT) of a robotic arm. This eliminates the necessity of carrying long high-voltage cables.
The device is powered by 24V DC and generates an adjustable output voltage between 0-18 kV DC. The output voltage can be precisely managed using industrial standard 4-20 mA and 0-10V control signals. Its dual-sided and bi-color LED indicator allows you to monitor the operational status from any angle. Furthermore, thanks to the removable electrode head, needle or electrode replacements in the system can be performed within seconds.
Its advanced electronic structure is equipped with arc protection and current limiting features. When the drawn current exceeds the limit, the voltage is automatically balanced, protecting both the device and the production line.
