In production processes, especially the counting of bags in rolls or the integrity control of plastic surfaces is of critical importance. The Puls Hole Detector easily adapts to even the fastest production lines with its capacity to detect 480 holes per minute.
The system operates between a high-voltage bar or a single-needle probe and a grounded surface. When a hole or a weak point on the material passes under the detector, the high voltage creates an arcing (spark) to the ground through this gap. At the moment of this contact, the device generates a 100ms digital pulse via its output optocoupler, sending a signal to PLC or counter systems.
With the control knob on the front panel, the output voltage can be precisely adjusted between 6kV and 21kV. The LED indicators on the panel allow you to instantaneously monitor both the voltage level and the counting process that occurs with each hole detection.
